1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Avser Construction & Builder Pvt. Ltd’s services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Avser Construction & Builder Pvt. Ltd.
• "Client" refers to any person or entity engaging our services.
• "Services" include construction, renovation, and digital marketing services provided by the Company.

3. Services

The Company agrees to provide the Services as per the scope defined in the project proposal or quotation. Any additional work will be subject to separate agreement and fees.

4. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate project requirements and site access.
• Make timely decisions and approvals as needed.
• Ensure payments are made according to the agreed schedule.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due as per the payment schedule in the quotation. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Company warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Except as provided here, all other warranties are excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. The Client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
